A Note From the Pastor

     I want to thank you for stopping by!  It is our desire that this website will answer any questions you may have about Pleasant View Baptist Church.  Founded in 1934 after 2 years of prayer meetings, PVBC is an old fashion, fundamental, independent, King James Bible preaching church.  We have a fervent desire to see the gospel preached to every man, woman, boy and girl, both here and around the world.  It is our prayer and goal to raise up a generation of young people that have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and are equipped to live for Him in these last days. 

     We have many ministries that are geared to see people saved and discover God's will for their life.  I hope and pray as you browse this site that you will recognize our desire to please God and make an impact in the Upstate for His honor and glory.  I also encourage you to visit www.pvpulpit.org and listen to some of the messages that have been preached at PVBC recently.  The main event at Pleasant View is the expositional preaching of the Word of God.  We hope to see you and your family soon at one of our services.  If we can do anything to be a blessing to you, please let us know!
