Thank the Lord for the day…
As I sit here, I am so grateful to the Lord for all He has done. I am so amazed at the way He intervenes and blesses. I really needed His help today, and He helped me. My heart is filled with thankfulness. I told Grace this evening that I do not deserve for Him to do for me like He does, but I am really glad He cares. There are times when I am overwhelmed with my inadequate, feeble, inabilities. Then He shows up and carries me. I’m so thankful!
Last week, we had a great time at Galilee Teen Camp. I HIGHLY recommend that teen camp if you don’t already go to one. Brother Andy Wells and his staff does a TREMENDOUS job hosting a great week of activities, services, meals and accommodations. We had a blast, and I am still sore from the running, arm-wrestling, volleyball, softball and games. I lost my voice early on in the week due to all the singing, shouting, praying, and outside events. I had a tremendous amount of liberty to preach Thursday night and we were thrilled to see several teenagers get saved after the service. The preaching was tremendous, the fellowship was sweet, and the food was delicous. I always enjoy spending the week with many of my dear preacher friends. We had a great time and our teens got a lot of help. Thank you Galilee Baptist Church for a great teen camp!!!
I was tickled today at the good number we had come in on the bus. We are seeing God work in several of their lives, and are still anticipating seeing the first convert because of that ministry.
My bus ministry director told me tonight that we need another bus! We have almost filled up the small one, and more are promising to come. What a great problem to have! Pray for the $$$$$ I’m going to look at another short bus tomorrow or Tuesday. There’s one in Chesnee for less than $4,000 If God wants us to have it, He’ll provide.
