End-of-Semester School Revival With Missionary Bob Garrett |

December 15-17, PVCA held three special services with preaching from missionary Bob Garrett. Brother Garrett served the Lord for several years in the country of Colombia, South America. After his return to the States, he continued working with the large Hispanic population in our area.

Christmas Breakfast and Chapel Service |

PVCA closed first semester of the 2008-2009 school year with our annual Christmas Breakfast. For quite a few years, the faculty members have come in on the last day before Christmas break to prepare breakfast for the students.

Several of the home school students from PVBC and the music students from PVCA presented their Christmas music in a program for the residents of Manning House Assisted Living in Greer on Saturday, December 6.

PVCA Students Invited to Participate in American Legion Oratorical Event |
|
|
|
Shortly after our students' presentation at Greenville County Square and the Cascades community program, we were invited to participate in the annual American Legion Oratorical Competition. This event is very rigorous and requires students to write their own speech focusing on the rights and responsibilities we have as American citizens, specifically pertaining to the Constitution of the United States.
