The students competed in a wide range of events including: piano solo, piano ensemble, several categories of speech, vocal solo, vocal ensemble, spelling bee and several different art categories.

PVCA was awarded fifteen superior scores and five excellent scores. All of the vocal ensembles scored superior and five of our eight speech students scored superior. A highlight of the day for PVCA was to watch our very own Andrew Jones perform in the afternoon showcase in front of nearly 1,000 of his peers! His humorous speech, "Kid Brothers" was thoroughly enjoyed by all of those in the audience.

Congratulations students and many thanks to Mrs. Pegram, our choir director, the students who accompanied the ensembles, Lindsey Jones and Caitlan Hardin, ALL of the speech coaches from the senior high and junior high who did such a tremendous job working with the children, and Miss Viers for all of her faithful work behind the scenes to make the event go smoothly for PVCA! Thank you PARENTS for your faithful support of Christian education and the development of your children for God's use and glory!
