One elementary and one junior high team went to Asheville, NC, on Saturday, March 1, to participate in the Blue Ridge Bible Quiz Tournament at Temple Baptist Church and Christian school.

Both teams did well and had a good time quizzing over the books of Romans and James. At the junior high level, Starla Townsend was awarded a top quizzer award. The elementary team advanced to third place, and both Seth Townsend and Timothy Backer were recognized as the 4th and 5th ranked quizzers in the elementary division.
