WOW! The PVCA student body and PVBC homeschoolers just took the ball and ran with it tonight! What a thrill to see the young people enjoy themselves with some lighthearted, good, clean fun after a year of hard work. They performed a variety of skits, songs, and humorous monologues for friends and family after a delicious country meal of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese, and home-made biscuits!

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the 2007 Shield, PVCA's yearbook. This year the journalism staff honored Pastor Shiflett for his current service and Pastor Emeritus Raynes for nearly thirty-six years of faithfulness. What a blessing to see the church and school family honor these two godly men.
