First Annual Hispanic Family Fun Day in Greenville County |

|
PVBC was honored to participate in the first annual, "Hispanic Family Fun Day" sponsored by the Greenville County Recreation District and the Greenville Hospital System.
On Saturday, November 8, we set up a tent, provided drinks and snacks, and distributed Spanish tracts, CDs, and copies of Juan/Romanos to a large number of Hispanics who came to the festival. In addition, we distributed flyers describing the English class and Spanish service held here at PVBC in Taylors.
Over 100 of the Spanish CDs (intended to be distributed 1 per family), were accepted, and a large amount of printed material was received as well. In addition, Bro. Holden, Bro. Backer and his family, as well as Ishmael (on of our own saved Hispanics!) were on hand to serve, invite, and share the gospel with as many as possible. Bro. Bob Garrett and his wife drove over to help us as well, and they were a great blessing.
A special blessing of the day was free air time! A local Hispanic radio station came over and broadcast live, and both Bro. Garrett and Bro. Holden were able to share the details of their specific Hispanic ministries.
