We have been staying busy and trying to get things ready to start classes at the Bible Institute again here in a few days. The church is going good. We have a national that is praying about taking the work here. Werlesson will be one of our first graduates from the Bible Instituite in December. Please help us pray about this. It has been awhile since we have sent out any pictures or even an update on how things are going here. We have been staying busy and trying to get things ready to start classes at the Bible Institute again here in a few days. The church is going good. We have a national that is praying about taking the work here. Werlesson will be one of our first graduates from the Bible Instituite in December. Please help us pray about this. We feel like the church is ready for this next step.

We recently had the priviledge to go to Southern Brazil and visit with missionary Bro Robbie Smith and his wife Cathy. What an encouragement it was to us to see the works they have started. Thirty years of faithful service on the mission field says a lot for someone in this day when missionaries are leaving the fields by the droves. What a blessing to see the works that the Smiths have started and have left in the hands of Brazilian Nationals. The churches are doing good and are sending out their own missionaries. The Bible Institute they started is still going good and training nationals. They have put everything they have into the works.. time, talent, finances, etc. and it shows. The people know they love them. The services were so good and the Lord used them to encourage us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them. Southern Brazil is a lot different than Northern Brazil! It was nice seeing another part of this huge country.

I have attached some pictures of the churches that Bro Robbie and Cathy have started. I hope you enjoy seeing what the Lord has done, and is continuing to do through the Smiths. Pray for us that we will stay faithful.
