Please pray for a man I work with, his name is Jeremy. I have been telling him how to be saved. He says he's saved but you can't tell if he is.

Please pray for the students of PVCA. We will travel to Columbia for our state fine arts festival where the students will participate in the areas of preaching, teaching, speech, music, and art. It will be an exciting and exhausting week. Pray that the Lord will give traveling mercy, that the young people will do their best, and that the spirit and attitude of this ministry will honor our Lord.

Mrs. Laura Townsend called me earlier this evening and asked me to pray for her sister Lavern Nolen. She has been sick for a while and she went to the doctor to have some blood work done. Her blood count level came back very low. A normal level is 14, her level was 6. It seems that she is losing blood somewhere and the doctors don\'t know where. They have admitted her to the hospital to try to figure out the problem. Mrs. Laura said the doctors seemed to think it could be serious. Please keep Miss Lavern in your prayers.

Please pray for Bro. John Clark from Tabernacle, the missionary on full-time deputation for Chaplain work at the Greenville County Detention Center. Bro. Clark has been training with dad (Chaplain Parham) for the past couple of years. Bro. Clark is going thru a major depression in his life and has discontinued working with dad and the ministry. Please pray for The Lord to touch him and his family. Because of dad's health and "young" age, it is imperative that he train a missionary Chaplain to work with him and to eventually take his position. Sadly, the alternative will be a state-appointed Chaplain. This will definitely LIMIT, or CLOSE our door for sharing the "Truth" of the Gospel with the inmates. Please pray for God to intervene in this situation.

Dear Church Family, Lionel and I have an urgent request that we would appreciate your prayers with us on. We have the possibility of being able to purchase a home that is two weeks away from foreclosure. We will be placing a contract on it today and really want the Lord's will in this matter. Because of the timing of this, things will move very quickly and we want to make sure that we are proceeding with God's blessings. Pray with us that we have His wisdom on the decisions that need to be made today and this coming week. Thank you Church Family for being there for us and your many prayers. We love you! 40 prayer requests |
